"The only thing worse than training your employees and having them leave is not training them and having them stay."
— Henry Ford
A highly trained and confident workforce is the key to any successful business. Instructional Design solves gaps in knowledge or skill. You can coach attitude and behavior. You can improve interactions with customers. Software and procedures are teachable. You can design training to address business needs for performance improvement. Your team can be equipped to handle the challenges they are facing.
But you want someone with the knowledge and experience in adult learning, course design, and engagement to do that. It is faster and produces a better result to hire a quality Instructional Designer or a Learning Experience Designer. I consider myself both.
Let's get to work!
